Frankie Pangilinan denies jumping in vaccination line

Frankie Pangilinan denied jumping in the priority vaccination line after she shared on social media that she finally received her first dose in Makati City.

On May 20, the singer happily shared that she got her first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

“When I got an asthma attack mid-PE in middle school and everybody made fun of me I swore I would get back at them one day and here we are,” she joked.

In the same tweet, Frankie indicated that she had asthma, making her part of the A3 or persons with comorbidities group.

On Tuesday, the 20-year-old defended herself from those who claimed that she cut in the vaccination line.

“Didn’t cut in line, got a text from Makati gov saying I qualified, so I went bc it’s the responsible thing to do,” she wrote.

She then advised those who are qualified to get their vaccines now to get their jabs to protect themselves and those around them.

Frankie also opened up that she also hesitated to get her vaccine, thinking about other people who are better qualified.

“I had my own initial qualms about going precisely bc I thought abt the ppl who might better qualify, but if we all think like that how are we ever going to achieve herd immunity?” she said.
