Kuya Wil disappointed in Miss Manila after no-show in Wowowin

Willie Revillame expressed his dismay with Miss Manila Alexandra Abdon after she failed to show up as his guest co-host in Wowowin.

“Sorry hindi ka namin magi-guest na. Hindi mo kami binigyan ng pagkakataon na makilala at makasama ka,” the TV host fondly called Kuya Wil told the beauty queen during the Monday episode of his TV program.

He earlier invited Miss Manila to come face-to-face with “Hipon Girl” Herlene Budol after their alleged misunderstanding at an event.

Kuya Wil also asked the former Miss Universe Philippines 2020 candidate to become his co-host on Monday, December 14, to which the latter agreed. As it turned out, she was a no-show.

“Sayang dapat ikaw ang co-host ko, Miss Manila. Isang oras at kalahati ka sa TV. ‘Di ba sandali ka lang sa Miss Universe, talo ka pa. Diba? ‘Di nag-iisip eh,” Kuya Wil chided Abdon.

He even called off the appearances of his special co-hosts — Abdon’s fellow Miss U Philippines candidate Michelle Gumabao and Hipon Girl — to give way for Miss Manila’s guesting.

“Sorry Miss Manila. Maybe see you in another life,” quipped Kuya Wil.

On Wednesday, Kuya Will appeared to have changed his mind and gave Miss Manila a chance to be on the show and to “explain her side.”

Kuya Wil also clarified that he wasn’t mad at Miss Manila although he lectured her for being unprofessional.

“Hindi ako nagalit. Sabi mo pupunta ka ng Monday. You have to be professional. Kapag nag-commit…pag pupunta, ‘Oh Monday nandiyan ako.’ Hindi pwedeng ganun.

“Ako pag sinabi mong pupunta ako kahit ano man ‘yan, gagawa ako ng paraan. Ganun dapat, it’s a commitment!

“Paano ka paniniwalaan ng tao kung hindi ka nag-commit? Nag-commit ka tapos ‘di mo tutuparin,” said Kuya Wil.
