Kris Aquino revealed her return to ABS-CBN via a TV show before the end of 2024.

In her Instagram post, Kris gave her supporters an update not only on her showbiz plans but also on her ongoing health battle.

Kris expressed her gratitude to her former ABS-CBN colleagues for making her return possible.

“Para hindi kayo magsawang magdasal. Sabi nyo, you miss watching me. I want to thank my former ABS-CBN bosses for allowing Jasmin and Darla to work with me on a show which will launch before 2024 ends,” she wrote.

While keeping the details under wraps, Kris hinted that the show will offer a glimpse into her present-day life and her close relationships.

“Secret muna ‘yung concept, but you will get to see my present day journey and as much as possible the reality of Kris, Bimb, and my ‘through the years’ best friends (my extended family) and definitely my team of doctors who are now among my most trusted friends,” she added.

Aside from the showbiz announcement, Kris also shared an update on her health, revealing that while doesn’t have cancer, she continues to battle several life-threatening autoimmune diseases in the US.

“I now have 5, possibly 6 autoimmune conditions. But the scary part is that 3 of the diagnosed ones are life-threatening… pwedeng ma-damage my vital organs or my blood vessels,” Kris said, adding that complications such as stroke, aneurysm, or cardiac arrest are possible.
