Online personality Rosmarie “Rosmar” Tan-Pamulaklakin is eyeing a seat in the 2025 local elections.
The skincare brand CEO filed her certificate of candidacy (COC) for councilor in the first district of Manila on the first day of candidacy filing on Tuesday.
Rosmar believes she would be able to extend more help should she earn a seat in next year’s election.

“Hindi lang po ako ngayon tumutulong, ‘di kagaya ng iba na dahil may kailangan, dahil eleksyon eh tumutulong sa tao tapos pagkatapos wala na, hindi na nagpaparamdam.
“Siguro mas marami akong matutulungan ‘pag nagka posisyon ako,” she added.
This is the entrepreneur’s second attempt at securing an electoral position after prioritizing her first pregnancy on her first try in the previous election.
Rosmar stressed that’s a more serious side of her as she tries her luck in politics.
“Sa social media po minsan po kolokoy ako, nang-aasar, patola, ganun po ‘yung content ko… ‘Yung Rosmar po sa social media at Rosmar po sa totoong buhay magkaiba po.
“Ngayon po, makikita niyo ‘yung Rosmar na seryosong tao,” she said.
