Former child actress Amy Nobleza has finished college with flying colors, and showed gratitude to those who supported her studies, including comedian-host Vice Ganda.
The Star Magic artist turned to Instagram on Friday to share photos of herself to celebrate her academic milestone.
Amy graduated a magna cum laude and earned her bachelors’ degree in Business Administration from the Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila.
“I did it! Thank you, Lord! Everything became possible because of the support and trust of the people around me,” Amy began her post that included a shoutout to Vice Ganda.
“I thank my family for their love and unwavering support; my classmates for our unforgettable moments, late nights, and countless coffees; Team Amy and my friends who support me in my endeavors; my professors for their guidance and the wisdom they shared with us; and especially to the person who helped me finish and achieve this, meme @praybeytbenjamin . I’ll forever be grateful to you,” she wrote.
“This is just the beginning. Cheers to the future! She believed she could, so she did,” she furthered.
It was in 2019 when Vice Ganda pledged to support Amy’s education after learning that she’s been a consistent honor student while working to fund her studies since she was a child.
‘“Pag ‘di mo kaya ha, ako magpapa-aral sa’yo,” Vice promised Amy when the she joined the celebrity edition of “Tawag ng Tanghalan,” which immediately brought the latter to tears.
“Kasi nakakahanga ‘yung artista na bata pa lang tapos hindi umalis sa eskwelahan tapos honor student,” mused Vice Ganda.
He also called on to Amy: “Tapusin mo ang pag-aaral mo para sa aking hindi nakatapos ng pag-aaral.”
Amy appeared in several Kapamilya shows including “Mutya,” “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” and “The General’s Daughter.”
She first entered showbiz at six years old after competing in “Pinoy Dream Academy: Little Dreamers” where she won second place, and eventually joined “Goin Bulilit.
