Showtime regular co-host Jackie Gonzaga revealed the reaction of her manager, Vice Ganda, to a video of her dancing in La Union that recently went viral on social media.
Clips of Jackie enjoying her time and dancing to Tyla’s smash hit “Water” at a bar in San Juan circulated online, which was originally uploaded on TikTok and has reached more than 10 million views.

During an interview with ABS-CBN, Jackie clarified that she was not drunk in her dancing video, recalling that it was the crowd’s energy that hyped her up.
“’Yung itsura ko doon, pawis na pawis. ‘Yung bangs ko talagang, hulas na hulas na ‘yung hair,” she shared.
Jackie then shared that Vice Ganda expressed concern and texted about her whereabouts on the next day after the video went viral.
“Parang nag-worry lang siya, sabi niya, ‘Nasaan ka? Gumimik ka?’ Sabi ko, ‘Ate, nasa Elyu (La Union) ako, I’m with my friends,’” shared Jackie.
“Siyempre doon sa video parang ang daming tao, hindi siya sure kung sino ang kasama ko,” she added.
Vice Ganda didn’t reprimand Jackie, quoting him as saying, “Okay lang naman ‘yan, to enjoy. Pero be careful ka lang kasi nga siyempre dalawa lang kami ng friend ko.”
Jackie then assured her manager that she would be extra careful the next time.
“Alam ko kung saan siya nanggagaling saka na-appreciate ko talaga siya. Nagsabi agad ako, ‘Thank you Ate. Yes, next time mag-iingat na talaga ako,” shared Jackie.
