Jericho Rosales dismissed recent speculations about his love life amid rumors of him courting Kathryn Bernardo.
During a recent interview with ABS-CBN News, the actor-singer was asked about “finding love” this year months after the announcement of his split with ex-wife Kim Jones.
“Is finding love part of your 2024?,” entertainment reporter MJ Felipe asked.
To which Jericho promptly replied, “No.”
When asked if the current rumors circulating online were untrue, Rosales responded, “What rumors? I don’t read social media. I mean, sometimes I go like that. No, I’d rather not. I don’t wanna pollute my mind so.”
Felipe further clarified if seeking new love was not part of his goals for the year.
To this, the actor reiterated his answer, saying, “It’s too early for that. It’s too early for that.”
Jericho and Kapuso actor Alden Richards were earlier speculated to be alleged suitors of Kathryn following their recent interactions with the actress, and a report from veteran talent manager and showbiz reporter Ogie Diaz.
According to Ogie, Jericho and Alden were allegedly vying for Kathryn’s affection but that the latter’s family seemed to be more in favor of the Kapuso star because of his “commendable attitude and career status”.
As of writing, Jericho, Alden, and Kathryn have not directly confirmed or denied the said allegations.
