K-pop powerhouse HYBE has addressed the dating speculations involving its artists Kazuha of Kpop girl group LE SSERAFIM and K of Japanese boy band &TEAM.
This after Japanese media outlet Shūkan Bunshun reported that Kazuha and K, who are both Japanese started out as friends and became a couple in 2022.
The report also claimed that the K-pop idols later broke up after their label knew about their relationship but got back together late last year, adding that they went on a date last March at a high-end bulgogi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.
In response to the romance rumors, South Korean media outlet Soompi said a source from Kazuha’s agency Source Music denied that the artists are dating “but acknowledged that the two had a meal together as friends”.
While K’s agency HYBE Labels Japan did not comment on the matter, Soompi quoted the former and Kazuha’s company HYBE as saying,“It is not true that the two are in a relationship.”
LE SSERAFIM made their debut in July 2022 and is known for their hit songs such as “Smart”, “Easy”, “Perfect Night”.
&TEAM on the other hand, was launched in December 2022, with the mini album First Howling : ME.
