This was It’s Showtime host Anne Curtis’ response to a netizen who called her “attention seeker” and “big lips” on X (formerly Twitter).
It all started after the actress posted on the platform to engage with her fans and followers. The post was made when Anne had just returned from Paris Fashion Week last Saturday, Oct. 7.
She checked in on her post which read, “Are peeps still awake at this hour?”
Despite the late hour, several X users flooded her post with comments, except for one who had replied negatively.
The netizen wrote, “MEDYO PAPANSIN TONG BIG LIPS NA TO. KULANG NALANG IPA SURGEON MO YANG BUNGANGA MO.
Anne didn’t let this slide, but she responded with grace, saying she doesn’t need a surgeon because she was naturally “blessed with these lips.”
Anne’s full comeback read, “I don’t need a surgeon or any doctor because I was born and blessed with these lips, or ‘Bunganga’ as you say.”
The basher’s comment has since been deleted.
