Three of the music videos of sexy vlogger-singer Toni Fowler are reportedly facing criminal complaints from the Kapisanan ng Social Media Broadcasters ng Pilipinas (KSMBP) for their “indecent content”.
The music videos in question are M.P.L, FF and M.N.M. (Masarap na Mommy).
In a previous report by Pilipino Star Ngayon, the KSMBP, who claims to watch over the country’s cyberspace, stated that Fowler’s music videos, featured “inappropriate images” and “sensitive body parts of a man.”
“May isa pang minor na kasama sa video… I think pamangkin niya ito, I think 17 pa ito noong video na ito,” KSMBP legal counsel Mark Tolentino told the media as they filed their complaints at the Pasay City Prosecutor’s Office last Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Fowler was charged with a violation of Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code, which relates to cybercrime law involving “immoral doctrines, obscene publications and exhibitions, and indecent shows” publicly shown in images, videos, and other kinds of media.
“Like in this case of Ms. Toni Fowler, may napakita siya, kumakanta siya ng mga bastos. Aside from [that] nagpakita din ng sex organs,” Tolentino claimed.
According to the law, once proven liable to cybercrime, each of the videos will receive a penalty amounting to P6,000 to P12,000 or imprisonment of up to a maximum of 20 years.
As of writing, Fowler has yet to release her statement regarding the charges.
