Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes proud of daughter Zia for winning 6 medals in swimming tilt

As expected from Dyesebel’s unica hija!

Celebrity parents Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes were more than thrilled to see their seven-year-old daughter Zia Dantes bag six medals in a swimming competition.

Dingdong came first to announce the good news on social media with photos of Marian and Zia sharing an intimate moment during their child’s swim meet. 

In the caption, the Kapuso actor wrote, “Behind the success of every aspiring athlete is the magic touch of their support team. @marianrivera.”

Dingdong’s post revealed that Zia was among the young competitors in Bert Lozada’s First Plunge Swim Meet event. The Bert Lozada Swim School (BLSS) is considered the largest and leading swim school in the country.

In a separate post, Dingdong also shared a photo of Z praying and quoted Filipino philosopher Father Ferriols, SJ, in the caption, “Lundagin Mo Beybe.”

Marian also expressed her pride and joy on her social media pages with a moving message for her little girl. 

“Words can’t express how proud I am of my daughter’s incredible swimming accomplishments! She just won a total of 6 medals in the competition and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you, God, for showering us with these blessings!”, she wrote.

The actress also thanked her daughter’s swimming mentors, “Huge thanks to Coach Angelo and Coach Miguel for their dedication and hard work in training Zia. #BlessedBeyondMeasure.”

In one of the videos, Zia can be seen swimming with her might which led to her winning first place in the 25m backstroke competition and 25m freestyle competition.

Fellow celebrities and netizens showered the comment section with congratulatory messages for Z with some saying the she owes it to her mom Marian who played the iconic role of a young mermaid Dyesebel, in the past.
