Catriona Gray took to social media to apologize to those who have waited for her speech during this year’s Global Peace Festival in Clark Global City, Pampanga.
The pageant queen explained on a Twitter post that her 20-minute speech was cut off in just 10 minutes.
“I’m so disappointed. To everyone who has been waiting in the heat at the #GPFestival2022 I’m sorry. I worked on a 20min speech for you all, and have been so excited to share it with you all but I was cut off not even 10mins in.
“Just know I love you and appreciate you guys and I’m so sad I wasn’t able to have my proper time with you,” she wrote.
Under her post, fans who attended the nonprofit organization’s festival expressed assured the Miss Universe 2018 that they understand her predicament.
The Global Peace Festival started its three-day event on December 1 with a leadership conference gathering Global Peace Advocates from all over the world.
