‘He’s really an everyday hero’: Anne Curtis tearfully honors husband Erwan Heussaff

Anne Curtis turned emotional while talking about her hero – her husband Erwan Heussaff.

On a recent episode of It’s Showtime, the actress-host didn’t hold back her tears when she explained why her husband is her superhero and superdad.

“Ako siguro ang hero ng aking buhay, kung may Ion siya, ako naman may Erwan. He’s my superhero, superdad… He’s really an everyday hero kaya yun, si Erwan,” she said as she teared up.

Anne’s It’s Showtime co-host Vice Ganda acknowledged Erwan’s part as his wife juggled her duties being a mom, wife, and entertainer.

He said: “Niloloko loko ko lang ‘to pero ng hirap ng ginagawa niya na nanay, asawa, tapos kailangan niya maging entertainer ninyo pero dahil may Erwan siya na sasabihing: ‘Oh sige na nga, ako na nga muna ‘to. Do your thing. Magpaka-entertainer ka.’ Ang laking bagay nun.”

Vice Ganda added how good it felt to go through life with a partner like Ion and Anne’s Erwan.

“Maraming pagkakataon parang ang bigat na parang mapapa-mura ka na lang sa bigat na talaga pero kapag alam mong meron kang katuwang sa bigat na yun like Erwan, like Ion parang may time humingang malalim,” he shared.

The celebrity mom agreed, echoing her husband is her hero “forever and ever.”

Anne and Erwan welcomed their first child together, their daughter Dahlia back in March of 2020. Since then, the two have been juggling their work on top of being parents to their two-year-old.
