Ruffa Gutierrez’s daughters bid goodbye to Turkish dad after 12-day reunion

Ruffa Gutierrez shared another emotional moment as her daughters Lorin and Venice parted ways with their Turkish dad Yilmaz Bektas.

In an Instagram post on Thursday, Ruffa posted a video montage showing clips of her ex-husband sending their Lorin and Venice to the airport, and making the most of the few moments before his daughters depart for the Philippines.

“12 days with their father after 15 years of not seeing each other was certainly a trip Lorin and Venice will never forget for the rest of their lives,” wrote Ruffa in the caption.

“I can’t wait to hear all about it when they get home in time for my birthday,” added the former beauty queen who’s turning 48 on Friday, June 24.

The video also showed Yilmaz showering his daughters with hugs and kisses while being joined by the latter’s half-sister Ilknaz Bektas.

Ruffa also thanked those who sent her well-wishes as she shared her daughter’s reunion with their dad.

‘To my friends and followers, thank you for your messages. I may not be able to answer to all but know that I am grateful for each and everyone of you,” said Ruffa.

She then imparted a message to those who got estranged with their loved ones, urging them to reconnect with each other, and may  learn to let go of the past.

“To families going through similar experiences, thank you for sharing your heartwarming stories with me. Reach out to your estranged loved one today and remember that as long as you’re alive, there’s always hope. May your past no longer block your view of the present.

Ruffa ended her post with a message to the Bektas family:

“To Yilmaz, Annem, Babam, Kesra, Nazo, Handan and to the Bektas family…

her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. ?Till next time… xx #InGodsPerfectTime”.
