Gary Valenciano’s wife Angeli Pangilinan recovers from COVID-19

Two weeks after testing positive for COVID-19, Gary Valenciano’s wife Angeli Pangilinan is now free of the coronavirus.

The OPM icon on Saturday said he can’t thank enough those who prayed for them as he shared news of his wife’s recovery and him not getting infected by the virus.

“It was a scare because she did have it indeed but my wife Angeli is finally free of Covid19 ? The Lord took care of us as I never got it even if I was exposed to her on the day the test result came to her,” wrote Gary in an Instagram post.

“Three people got covid in our home all at the same time but all are now negative,” added Gary.

He went on to express his gratitude to those who offered them prayers.

“I really really can’t thank you enough for all the prayers you sent our way. We love you and may Jesus become real in your lives the way He has become the truth in ours,” said Gary.

Angeli first announced that she tested positive for COVID-19 last March 20, asking for prayers that husband Gary won’t get it given his comorbidities.

While in isolation, Angelic received sweet gestures from Gary and their children Paolo, Kiana and Gab.

Meanwhile, Gary will be releasing a new, inspirational song on Easter Sunday, April 4, titled Make Us Whole Again.

“I’m launching a new song that I hope blesses and encourages you on all online music platforms,” he said.
