Just before the year 2019 comes to an end, Barbie Imperial got to fulfill her big dream of owning a house.
On her social media accounts, the 21-year-old Kapamilya actress shared her latest life achievement.
“Dream come true! And I still can’t believe it. Bago matapos ang 2019… I finally have my own house! ?” she wrote.
She said the house is the fruit of her labor and went on to thank everyone and everything that made it possible.
“Ang tagal ko pinaghirapan at pinag ipunan ko to, thank you Lord! Syempre thank you to everyone na nag tiwala sakin from PBB (Pinoy Big Brother) PBB, Showtime, RSB (Ruel S. Bayani) shows, MMK, iWant, movies, mallshows, endorsements at syempre sa mga supporters ko. Thank you dahil sa inyo napasaya ko ang family ko. Merry Christmas indeed!!! ??❤️”
Barbie started in showbiz in 2015 by joining the Pinoy Big Brother: 737 edition. She was then dubbed “The Doll along the Riles of Albay” because she was named after the popular toy doll and used to live with her family near railway tracks in her hometown in Daraga, Albay.
Last week, she inked a new contract with her home network ABS-CBN.
“When I was a kid, my mother would always remind me na every time na umiiyak ako o nasasaktan ako, kada iyak, kada luha may kapalit na biyaya,” she wrote on Instagram. “Maraming salamat po ABS-CBN sa tiwala. Sobrang saya.”
