Kapamilya star Kathryn Bernardo blessed the internet with her at-home workout routine. Since the beginning of the quarantine in Metro Manila, the actress has been open about her journey towards a healthier lifestyle. 

On YouTube, the 24-year-old followed three different trainors’ exercise routines for three days as a challenge for herself. 

“I’ve been keeping myself busy by working out. But this time around, I pushed myself further with a 3-day fitness challenge! I asked three different trainors to guide me virtually,” she said. 

For the first day of her challenge, she got into a slow resistance training with a megaformer machine, the other days were spent working on her abs. 

Kathryn made the fitness challenge a family affair since she was joined by her sister and her niece, Lhexine. 

Early June, Kathryn shared that she promised herself to work out more during the lockdown. In an Instagram post, she shared her post-workout selfies. 

“Thanks to online and zoom workout classes, I actually ended up working out every day! You just need to find the right fitness routine for you, and I swear, you’ll enjoy the process along the way,” she said.
