OPM rap star Gloc-9 defended himself and others who have resorted to selling products online to earn money amid the COVID-19 pandemic, saying there’s nothing to be ashamed about it.
Aside from updating his fans on his music, Gloc-9 has been posting goods like fried chicken, dinuguan and jerseys that are up for sale on his social media accounts.
Gloc-9 on Thursday took to his Facebook account to politely lecture a fan who criticized and asked him: “Idol bakit ka nag bebenta ng kung ano ano? Hindi bagay sayo.”
He then answered that he sees nothing wrong with it, sharing that he once used to clean the garbage, toilet and drainage before becoming a rapper.
“Tol wala namang masama siguro doon diba? :)),” he said.
He also reminded everyone that it is now essential to find other sources of income, especially during these challenging times brought about by the COVID-19 lockdown.
APIR!!!”
