American singer-songwriter Lauv surprised staff and customers at this Jollibee branch in Manila with an impromptu acapella performance.
On his social media accounts, Lauv shared clips of him visiting the popular fast food restaurant hours prior to his Between Albums concert at the Mall of Asia Arena.
“It was a Monday in Manila. I finished a photoshoot and got hungry so we went to @jollibee to catch some grub and then THIS happened,” Lauv wrote in the caption.
The video showed Lauv taking a photo with the Jollibee mascot outside before going in get amused by the “swag a** mic” used by the staff to announce orders.
Lauv then asked if he could use the mic and began singing his hit song I Like Me Better.
The next clips showed Lauv taking a photo with the staff and devouring his chickenjoy with rice and fries.
“Not gonna lie the food is fckn fire [.] I mean that CHICKEN was LUSCIOUS and DELICIOUS,” Lauv raved over his meal.
“I wanna go back forever,” he added.
Lauv earlier staged his concert at the waterfront Hotel & Casino in Cebu City last September 9.
