Pia Wurtzbach, Jeremy Jauncey ‘allowed to leave’ UK amid fears over new COVID strain

Pia Wurtzbach and her boyfriend Jeremy Jauncey left the United Kingdom amid a growing list of nations banning flights to and from the country over new COVID strain fears.

On Instagram, the businessman shared him and Pia got their tests and papers accomplished so that they could “responsibly leave the UK.”

“PCR tests done, official work travel letter signed (so we can responsibly leave the UK) and flights fixed to somewhere very special with our friends,” he said.

The CEO of the travel content brand Beautiful Destinations said they have also been isolating in preparation for where they are heading.

“Thankfully Abu Dhabi is our first stop and the UA has one of the most stringent COVID testing protocols in the world. It’s one of the world’s safest tourism destinations,” he said.

Jeremy didn’t say their main destination, but he later explained in an Instagram story that he has his business “in the place we are going allowing us to leave London. We had negative PCR tests 24 hours before we left and official invitation for work letters.”

“For anyone considering travel again it can be done in a safe way, respecting local practices, your health and the health of others,” he also said.

In August, the couple finally reunited in London after months of LDR. Since then, they have been inseparable, travelling to different locations.
