Michael V gives latest update on his COVID-19 fight

“Here’s an UPDATE on the ‘Positive Situation’…”

Early this week, Kapuso star Michael V. revealed that he tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19). On his Instagram, he gave his friends and fans an update on how he is dealing with the illness.

In his post early Friday, he wrote he got an X-ray done to check if he has pneumonia since he was getting tired easily.

The comedian assured that he is self-quarantined at home to ensure his family’s safety.

At gusto ko ring paalalahanan ang lahat na mag-ingat para wala kayong pagsisihan sa huli,” he said, remininding his followers to be responsible of their actions.

Bitoy, as he is fondly known in the showbiz industry, chronicled the start of his COVID-19 journey in a YouTube video, where he announced his test results.

He was able to document his five-hour experience for the swab test at the hospital. He shared that his procedure cost him more than P12,000.
