Scarlet Snow Belo on Friday shared a throwback video of her reciting the Panunumpa ng Watawat in time for the commemoration of the 122nd Philippine Independence Day.
In the short clip uploaded on her Instagram account, Scarlet in a white Filipiniana wholeheartedly pledged her love for the country with her cute Tagalog accent.
“I was 3 years old when I promised to be loyal to our country and to do what I can to make the Philippines great. Happy Independence Day,” wrote Scarlet in the caption.
Scarlet is the five-year-old daughter of celebrity doctors Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho.
She and her parents have been actively extending help to the frontliners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
