With this, StarCast Exclusive’s EveryJuan’s Choice for a P-pop Leader poll titled “Leading By Example: The Leader Showdown” was launched from January 11-31, 2025.
Using “Stars,” fans cast their votes through the JuanCast app to determine which leader embodies these qualities best.
Numerous talented leaders from various P-pop groups vied for the top spot, each bringing their own unique leadership style to the table. The nominees included:

Born Gabriel Vincent Malizon on March 11, 2000, Vinci debuted as the leader and main vocalist of HORI7ON in July 2023. The all-Filipino group—formed through the survival show “Dream Maker,” a collaboration between ABS-CBN, MLD Entertainment, and KAMP Korea—consists of Vinci, Jeromy, Marcus, Kyler, Reyster, Kim, and Winston.
At 24, Vinci has proven to be HORI7ON’s anchor, navigating and uniting his members through every milestone. Beyond his role in the group, he also serves as a mentor on TV5’s Be The Next 9 Dreamers, where he utilizes his experiences and insights as a former trainee.
HORI7ON was named “Rising Boy Group of the Year” at the 9th PPOP Music Awards in 2024. They also won the Focus Award at the Asia Artist Awards (2023) at the Philippine Arena, where they performed their hit track “SIX7EEN.” Their debut album, Friend-Ship, reached No. 7 on the Circle Albums Chart.
The septet recently teased fans with their upcoming comeback “Cold.”
