Nadine Lustre and James Reid were seen together at the birthday celebration of the actor’s mother.
Marcela Macdonald, James’ mother, took to social media to share moments from her 54th birthday.
She thanked the two for sending her cake and flowers on her special day.
“Thank you Nadz for the Cake and James also the Flower, it was indeed a big surprise for me,” she wrote.
In her post, she included a photo of her with the ex-couple in face masks.
On August 22, Marcela wished Nadine’s mother, Myraquel, a happy birthday. Netizens were surprised when she called Myraquel her “balae.”
“I choose this photo coz it was our first date with James and Nadine with Chanty.. So Happy Happy Birthday to my Balae Myraquel Paguia Lustre and more birthday’s to come and may our friendship will stay always strong as our Faith in God…thank you for the Frienship..God Bless you always,” she wrote along with an old photo of theirs.
Early this year, they confirmed that they have ended their relationship with a joint statement sent to the ABS-CBN show Tonight with Boy Abunda.
In May, photos of the exes which had similar backgrounds led fans to speculate on their reconciliation.
