When Metro Manila was placed on enhanced community quarantine, Nadine admitted she became very emotional because of the stress and uncertainty that came with dealing with the coronavirus pandemic.
The actress said that she learned the power of law of attraction during the lockdown.
“Natutunan ko yan noong ECQ. Lahat tayo we have to be careful what we wish for. That’s the law of attraction,” she said in a report from Pilipino Star Ngayon.
The 26-year-old admitted she was very negative because of everything that is happening.
“Sobrang negative kasi ako because of everything happening. Di ko rin made-deny kasi ang daming nangyari, nakakatakot. I was very emotional. Sabi ko the world is going to end. For a week ganon ako, napraning talaga ako,” she explained.
Thankfully, Nadine was able to turn things around by changing her mindset.
“So binago ko point of view and mindset ko. It’s true, we have to be careful with the energy and thought we put out. What we give out is what we get in return,” Nadine shared.
To remain positive, she said she explored different hobbies and activities and with the help of her friends and family, she learned to count her blessings.
“I picked up new hobbies and things I didn’t think I can do before. I did meditation, yoga and I attended online biking and spinning classes, one-hour sessions.”
“I am also lucky to have friends and family checking on me. I also have my brother, an assistant and my dog staying with me. I have learned to count my blessings,” she ended.
Nadine recently made headlines after she broke her silence on her home network’s franchise denial. The Kapamilya stressed that she is one with her colleagues in their battle.
