Daniel Padilla will remain a Kapamilya despite rumors saying he’s leaving the ABS-CBN Network.
This was confirmed by ABS-CBN entertainment journalist MJ Felipe who reported that the actor is set to renew his network contract with the Kapamilya network and will stay with the talent management agency.
“This is contrary to rumors circulating that the actor is allegedly leaving Star Magic, is looking for a new talent agency and Star Magic is allegedly not renewing him as their talent,” Felipe stated in an X (formerly Twitter) post.
Daniel is set to star in his comeback movie Nang Mapagod si Kamatayan alongside Zanjoe Marudo and suspense thriller film The Guest with John Arcilla.
Speculations about the actor leaving the said network arose after confirmation of his controversial split with former reel and real partner Kathryn Bernardo.
Kathryn, on the other hand, was also hounded with network switch rumors which was eventually dismissed by her mom Min Bernardo.
