Meryll Soriano has introduced her new baby with Joem Bascon to her father Willie Revillame and her aunt Maricel Soriano.
The actress earlier surprised her followers on New Year’s Day with a family picture with son Elijah Palanca, a newborn and Joem.
According to a Philstar.com report, Meryll and Joem are back together and now have a child together.
“Happy New Year from our family to yours,” she also wrote on the post.
Following the “baby reveal,” Meryll shared photos of the new addition to the family meeting the “lolo” and her “mommy no. 2.”
“With Lolo,” she simply captioned her photos with the Wowowin TV host.
Meryll, on the other hand, captioned her photos of the veteran actress: “Surprise visit from Mommy 2. Pinakaunang bisita! We love you, Mommy 2.”
Meryll’s mom Bec Bec Soriano is the sister of Maricel.
The baby is also a boy based on another post that showed a sweet photo of the “brothers”.
The photos were quickly interpreted by netizens as official confirmation that Meryll and Joem got back together 10 years after they broke up.
Rumors were rife that the rekindled romance started on the set of the teleserye Starla then the 2019 movie Culion.
Both actors never addressed their relationship status in interviews. However, Joem’s ex, vlogger Crisha Uy, went viral over an emotional vlog about her separation with the actor after an eight-year relationship.
