Matteo Guidicelli shared that after nine months of being married to Sarah Geronimo, he discovered that besides performing, there’s another talent his pop star wife is “very, very good” at.
When asked in a recent interview on what new things he found out about Sarah, the 30-year-old actor-athlete said, “Magaling siya mag-bake. Sobrang galing niya mag-bake. Sobrang talented at lahat ng mga binebake niya dito (sa bahay), masarap lahat!”
Matteo has been proudly giving followers a glimpse of his wife’s cake-making skills on his Instagram, prompting the question if the couple has any plans of turning it into a business.
“Wala pang nag-sta-start na cake business pero sana nga eh. Sarah has been baking. Sarah is a very, very good cook and she’s baking very, very well. Talagang talented siya sa ganitong aspeto. Sobrang meticulous. Ang galing niya,” he added.
The new discoveries of married life cropped up during a virtual interview hosted by Sun Life Philippines, of which Matteo has been a long-time endorser. The financial services company has been inspired by the actor’s new stage in life to offer the Newlywed Starter Pack to those who are starting a family like Matteo.
Meanwhile, asked what makes him still kilig after almost one year of togetherness, he shared, “Cheesy na naman ito (laughs) pero sabi ko every single day, our journey of being a girlfriend and boyfriend has been so, so long, we’ve had so many challenges to face. And to realize and actually breathe, see, and feel na we’re actually husband and wife, living together, and working towards our goals together, is such a blessing every day. It always puts a smile on my face to realize that.”
Matteo married Sarah in a surprise wedding last February after about six years of being boyfriend and girlfriend.
