Liza Soberano praises new internet provider: ‘Lag? I don’t know her’

Two days after calling out an internet service provider, it appears that Liza Soberano is now a satisfied customer after switching to another company she has since praised as a “lifesaver”.

The Kapamilya actress on Sunday took to Twitter to air her disappointment with the internet speed of Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

“Converge really needs to start fixing their internet speed. I am an unhappy customer,” wrote Liza tagging the internet service provider’s Twitter account. 

Liza also complained about her calls not being answered.

“How unprofessional,” she tweeted.

As of writing, Converge has not issued a statement on Liza’s tweets which quickly made the rounds online.

On Tuesday, Liza updated her fans and followers that a telecommunications company had reached out to her and offered what she claimed as the “best internet” she has had at her house.

“Okay so @pldt came to my house yesterday and hooked me up with the best internet I have ever experienced in my whole 5 years of living in this house. 300 MBPS. What a lifesaver. Lag? I don’t know her,” she tweeted.

She also shared via an Instagram story her no-lag connection.

Netizens, however, had mixed reactions to Liza’s tweet, with some slamming the speedy assistance extended to a celebrity.

Meanwhile, fellow celebrities Julia Barretto and Bela Padilla retweeted Liza’s tweet saying “#SanaAll” and “beke nemen” respectively, in hopes of getting better internet connection as well.
