Jak Roberto thought of an unusual way to celebrate the birthday of girlfriend and fellow Kapuso artist Barbie Forteza.
Barbie, who turned 23 years old last July 31, got a different kind of surprise from Jak after he pretended to have forgotten her special day.
In a vlog uploaded on his YouTube channel on Wednesday, which was titled “Forgetting my girlfriend’s birthday prank,” Jak revealed how he planned the surprise for Barbie.
“Ang plano ko ngayon, ipa-prank ko siya na kunwari nakalimutan ko ‘yung birthday niya. Alas dose na ngayon, hindi ko pa siya binabati ng birthday niya. Hindi ako nag-memessage sa kanya, hindi rin ako tumatawag. Kahit sa social media hindi ako nag-po-post tungkol sa birthday niya,” he said.
“Usually, kapag birthday niya, alas dose pa lang ng hatinggabi, bumabati na ako at nagpo-post na ako sa social media. Ngayon wala talaga akong paramdam,” he added.
Jak went to Barbie’s house and tried hard not to greet her while having a conversation with her.
He later pretended to bid goodbye and went out of the house, only to come back with his bouquet of roses and gift for Barbie who became emotional over her boyfriend’s move.
