Gerald Anderson recently shared a cryptic post which left fans and followers speculating on a newfound romance.
The photo shared on Instagram showed the Kapamilya actor holding hands with someone in the woods, with their backs facing the camera.
Gerald captioned the post with a quote about “amor fati” or love of fate from philosophy page Daily Stoic.
“Treating each and every moment, no matter how challenging — as something to be embraced, not avoided. To not only be okay with it, but love it and be better for it. So that like oxygen to a fire, obstacles and adversity become fuel for your potential.”
Curious netizens were quick to speculate in the comments section that Gerald is already hinting at a new romance.
Some dropped names of celebrities who were previously linked with the actor such as Bea Alonzo and Julia Barretto.
Others, meanwhile, supposed that it’s a scene from his drama series, A Soldier’s Heart.
Gerald was last known to be in a relationship with Bea. They had a controversial breakup in mid-2019 amid third party allegations involving Gerald’s Between Maybes co-star Julia Barretto. Both Gerald and Julia denied ever being more than friends.
