Vico Sotto says no to surprise parties but yes to food donations on birthday

Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto is celebrating his 31st birthday today, and he wants nothing but food pack donations for those in need as gift on his special day.

The millennial mayor took to his social media accounts on Wednesday to thank his well-wishers.

“Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng bumati at sa mga babati pa lang,” he said.

He then quipped about what he wanted to receive on his birthday.

The birthday boy also said no to surprise parties as mass gatherings are still prohibited because of the pandemic even as Metro Manila has downgraded to a general community quarantine status.

?,” he added in jest.

Meanwhile, Twitterverse has been sending birthday greetings to Mayor Vico that he landed on Twitter’s trending topics.

His mother Coney Reyes earlier posted a photo of her carrying a toddler Vico.
