Pastor Apollo Quiboy threatened to put a stop to the operations of giant telecommunication companies in the Philippines if they do not improve their services, especially the internet speed.
During Quiboloy’s television program Give Us This Day aired Friday, May 22, the self-proclaimed “Appointed Son of God” expressed his frustration over the slow internet connection being provided by the major internet providers in the country.
Mayaman pa tayo sa Ukraine…” he chastised the companies.
Quiboloy then warned to have these telecommunication firms stopped and be replaced with companies offering much faster and cheaper internet service.
“Mabagal kayo! Palitan ng iba na mas mabilis at mura kung magpapabayad man o kaya libre,” he said.
He continued, “Dalangin ko yan ah.
Ano pera-pera lang to. So, bilis-bilisan ninyo yan ah,” he added.
Quiboloy is known for his controversial “stop” quotes, starting from a claim he made that he ordered the earthquake to stop in Mindanao in 2019. This prompted Vice Ganda to jokingly challenge him to put an end to EDSA’s notorious traffic and ABS-CBN’s longest-running TV show Ang Probinsiyano.
