Jadey Ezekiel Detera who claims he’s not a chef uploaded photos of what he called “The Middle Class Lockdown Meal” on Facebook, featuring well-plated and well-presented meals he made out of canned goods like sardines and corned beef, as well as instant noodles, among others.

The one-week menu comes with witty and creative meal names written in each photo caption.

His post has since gone viral with over 15,000 reactions, and 24,000 shares to date.

According to Jadey, this is his way of spreading good vibes while on quarantine.

“Kahit walang ayuda — walang problema. Gawan na lang ng paraan. Good vibes lang. Umarte ng naayon sa budget is all I’m saying. Nahiya naman akong kulang pa ang 8K sa isang linggo mo teh,” he wrote.
