It’s confirmed: Julia Montes is making her showbiz comeback after year-long hiatus

Watch out for it! After more than a year of hiatus, Julia Montes is finally returning to showbiz with projects already lined up for 2020.

Her talent management team called it an “exciting year” for Julia.

“What an exciting year for our Daytime Drama Queen @montesjulia08 ! Thank you for visiting us! ❤️✨??,” said Cornerstone Entertainment in a Facebook post.

Cornerstone Entertainment head Erickson Raymundo, on the other hand, made the official announcement on Instagram.

“Welcome back @montesjulia08 ! 2020 will be a busy year for you and I can’t wait to share all the projects lined up for you,” wrote Raymundo.

“Exciting months ahead!” he added.

Talent manager Mac Merla also shared photos of Julia via an Instagram story as he welcomed her back.

Meanwhile, Dreamscape Entertainment head Deo Edrinal’s post read: “Sometimes, some people are just worth the wait. ❤️?.”

The 24-year-old actress took an indefinite leave from showbiz in late 2018, and flew to Germany to spend time with his biological father Martin Schnittka.

Talk about her being pregnant with rumored boyfriend Coco Martin’s child was alleged as the real reason why she stayed away from the limelight. Her talent agency, however, denied the rumors.

Speculations of her showbiz comeback emerged around October last year when she was spotted at a local supermarket, posing for photos with fans.

Fans and fellow celebrities expressed their excitement over Julia’s return to showbiz.

Julia’s last TV appearance was in the Kapamilya action-drama series Asintado.
