Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters is now engaged to Camarines Sur governor Miguel Luis Villafuerte, she announced on Instagram last Sunday.
“Your girl’s getting hitched!” she wrote.
The two have been together for over five years.
Fellow beauty queens like Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach and Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray congratulated Rachel.
Other personalities were quick to give their best wishes to the newly-engaged couple as well.
