IN PHOTOS: Celebrities sign up as volunteers for SEA Games 2019

The 2019 Southeast Asian Games is just a month away and the intense preparations continue as the country is set to host the historic sports event in November.

As part of its preparations, the organizers launched a volunteer program in April 2019 which seeks to gather “passionate, committed and skilled volunteers” who will help run the biennial sports meet.

Among the 14,000 who joined the campaign to extend their helping hand to the upcoming SEA Games were celebrities.

To name a few, Dingdong Dantes, Marian Rivera and Pia Wurtzbach have expressed their support for what is touted to be the biggest SEA Games yet by posting about it on their Instagram accounts, tagging the slogan “We Win As One”.

The 30th SEA Games will be holding 529 events in 56 sports in different competition venues across the country.

The festivities will run from November 30 to December 11, 2019.
