Shamcey Supsup shares Typhoon Enteng’s damage to her home

Former beauty queen Shamcey Supsup shared the damage caused by Typhoon Enteng to their home, likening the situation to tropical storm Ondoy.

As Typhoon Enteng battered parts of Luzon on Sunday, the Miss Universe Philippines National Director posted a photo showing toppled furniture on muddy floodwaters in their home.

“Ondoy all over again,” she wrote in an Instagram story, referring to the tropical storm considered the second most devastating tropical cyclone of the 2009 Pacific typhoon season.

“Hope everyone is safe and sound (praying emoji),” added Shamcey.

Heavy downpour caused by Enteng triggered flooding and landslides in Luzon and Visayas, with 11 reported fatalities.

As of 5 pm on Tuesday, state weather bureau PAGASA reported that Tropical cyclone Enteng further intensified into a severe tropical storm, located kilometers west-northwest of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte,

Enteng is forecasted to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) on Wednesday morning, September 4.
