Sandro Muhlach files complaint against GMA independent contractors Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz

GMA Network has announced the receipt of a formal complaint from its artist Sandro Muhlach against two of its independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz.

On Thursday afternoon, August 1, GMA Network announced in an official statement that Sandro had submitted a formal complaint.

“GMA Network has just received a formal complaint from Sparkle artist Sandro Muhlach against two GMA independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz,” the statement began.

The network further clarified that it had begun its investigation before the filing of the formal complaint, as per its prior statement addressing rumors involving their artist.

GMA Network expressed its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of “fairness” and “impartiality” throughout the investigation.

“The Network assures the public and all stakeholders of its commitment to conducting this investigation with the highest standards of fairness and impartiality,” it added.

The network’s statement also reflected its respect for the privacy of those involved and its dedication to handling the matter with discretion.

“Respecting Sandro’s request for confidentiality, the investigating body will withhold all details of the formal investigation until its conclusion,” GMA Network stated.

This development came amidst a circulating blind item about a young actor who was allegedly harassed by two “TV executives” during a major showbiz event.

GMA Network had released a previous statement addressing rumors and hearsay about the alleged actor being one of their artists. Some believed that it was former child star Nino Muhlach’s son, Sandro.

Following this, Nino’s wife, along with their other relatives shared cryptic warnings and posts about justice that netizens assumed were made in support of Sandro.
