Sarah Lahbati is grieving the death of Alexa Gutierrez, her close friend and former sister-in-law.
In a recently posted Instagram story, as captured by Entertainment site Fashion Pulis, Sarah shared a photo of her and Alexa from 2013.
Alexa is the late wife of Elvis Gutierrez, brother of Sarah’s estranged husband Richard Gutierrez.
“I can’t wrap my head around, why, why? Too soon Lex, it’s not fair,” she said.
Although the actress has not been following her former in-law in Instagram anymore, Alexa being the same, the two had an obviously tight relationship.
They were around each other’s age, got married into the same family and had their kids almost around the same time as well.
Alexa passed away after battling leukemia for quite some time. Unfortunately, she died at the young age of 38 on July 27.
Meanwhile, Ruffa Gutierrez also publicly paid tribute to her sister-in-law as she posted a tearful message in her social media account.
Anabelle Rama also said her piece, publicly posting her disbelief regarding Alexa’s death. She mentioned being so much affected with Alexa’s sudden death, as she used to treat her as one of her own.
