Actor David Licauco amazed fans as he consecutively correctly answered the questions regarding Filipino history a in a game together with his “Pulang Araw” co-stars.
YouTuber Chris Cantada Force hosted a segment in his YouTube channel where he asked the “Pulang Araw” cast, David Licauco, Barbie Forteza, Alden Richards, and Sanya Lopez, challenging history questions.
Everybody seemed to be surprised how David swiftly answered most of the questions correctly, even the seemingly challenging ones that can be arguably tough.
As he answered, his co-cast members seemed to be impressed, Barbie even jokingly said, “Ikaw na sumagot, mag one-on-one kayo.”
“Pambato na lang namin ‘to,” Sanya exclaimed, urging David to be their representative instead.
What definitely took everyone aback, the host included, is when they were asked whether Noli me Tangere is the actual first book published in the Philippines, which to David simply replied with, “Mali.”
“Would you know [the first published book in the Philippines]?,” the host asked.
“Doctrina Christiana,” Licauco confidently replied.
Fans were so amazed and impressed with his skills and started raving about David online, talking about his in-depth knowledge of Filipino history. They even commended how educated he is, and praised him for actually remembering this information.
“Ito ang chinese na hindi spy 😂🤣 Filipinong filipino e 🥰 so proud of you,” one wittily commented.
“Grabe yung stock knowledge ni David sa History,” another added.
David graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Computer Applications last 2016 at the De La Salle— College of Saint Benilde.
The Kapuso actor previously starred alongside Barbie in the historical portal fantasy series Maria Clarra at Ibarra.
