Rosmar Tan, Rendon Labador officially declared persona non grata in Palawan

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Palawan has declared Rosmar Tan and Rendon Labador as “persona non grata” throughout the entire province of Palawan following their viral altercation with a municipal employee in Coron.

According to a report by Palawan-based news outlet, Palawan News, the resolution, reportedly filed by Board Member Juan Antonio Alvarez, was adopted on Tuesday afternoon, June 18, during a session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

This decision follows a recent viral altercation in Coron involving the two well-known vloggers and a municipal government employee, which has drawn significant public attention and criticism.

Despite recent apologies from both influencers, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan moved forward with the measure.

The declaration of persona non grata signifies the province’s official disapproval of the conduct displayed by Rosmar and Rendon, and it bars them from receiving any form of hospitality or official recognition in Palawan.

Aside from a recent video of a public apology from Rosmar, Rendon, and their group, which they refer to as Team Malakas, they have yet to comment on the resolution, as of writing.
