SB19’s Stell unbothered by hate comments: ‘Di naman ako nasaktan’

P-pop kings SB19’s Stell addressed negative comments he has been receiving online.

SB19’s dedicated fanbase, known as A’TIN, was outraged after content creator Stella Salle insulted one of the boy group’s members by calling him “panget” in a Facebook post.

Fans of the boy band were quick to defend Stell and condemned the derogatory comment, prompting an apology from Stella.

During Stell’s TikTok live session on Saturday, June 1, Stell addressed the situation, assuring fans that he was not hurt by the negative comment.

Don’t worry guys, I’m okay. Sobrang busy lang talaga. Tsaka ‘di naman ako nasaktan, to be honest,” he told A’Tin.

He added humor to the situation, saying, “Tsaka sabi nila, ‘di ba? Boom, sikat. Hindi, joke lang! ‘Tsaka ba’t ako masasaktan, di naman totoo.”

Stell further clarified that he wasn’t angry at Stella, just surprised by her comment.

Addressing netizens who sided with Stella, Stell emphasized the importance of being a good person and considering one’s intentions when speaking the truth.

Or yung intention mo is makapanakit ng tao. So that’s different,” explained Stell.

He urged his supporters to move past the incident and focus on positive things without hurting others.

“All the things happened, wala naman na tayong magagawa du’n. Sila naman yun. Basta ang sasabihin mo sa atin lang, let’s continue life and let’s keep on doing the things that we love kasi yun naman yung hindi nila makukuha sa atin. Right?

“Just keep on doing the things you love and focus on your goal and continue ang lahat ng gusto mo basta wala kang inaapakang tao,” he added.

Stell advised against retaliating, saying, “Huwag na lang tayong gaganti. Huwag nating buhusan ng… don’t add fuel to the fire.”

He continued, “Kung ganu’n yung tingin niya, let her be. It’s okay. Let her be. It’s her ano naman e, it’s her opinion.

Stell also stressed the importance of mental health and avoiding negative social media interactions, saying, “Pag hindi maganda para sa mental health niyo, huwag niyo nang patulan.
