A “very reliable source” of talent manager and online host Ogie Diaz alleged that Barbie Imperial and Richard Gutierrez are exclusively dating.
“Kumpirmado, exclusively dating na sina Richard Gutierrez at Barbie Imperial,” Ogie stated in his Showbiz Update channel on Youtube.
According to the source, no overlapping happened in Richard’s relationship with ex-partner Sarah Lahbati whom he shares two kids with.
“Walang overlapping na naganap at hiwalay na umano sina Richard at Sarah Lahbati bago pa pumasok sa eksena si Barbie,” Ogie quoted the source as saying.
Ogie furthered that Barbie and Richard already called it quits last year and have been co-parenting their children.
“Si Barbie daw ay nito lang taon nakapalagayang loob ni Richard. […] Ani pa ng source namin, ‘Barbie had nothing to do with the hiwalayan issue,” added Ogie.
Barbie and Richard have been drawing dating rumors since early January this year. The two have been spotted on several sightings together, with the most recent one being in South Korea.
Netizens also speculate that the actress has “soft-launched” the actor in an Instagram story that featured a mirror photo of herself in a gym with a man working out behind her.
The two have yet to speak up on the dating rumors.
