Pinoy Swiftie spends P200K to watch Taylor Swift’s concert in Paris, first to witness TTPD performances

This Pinoy Swiftie is shaking off after witnessing Taylor Swift’s first TTPD performances in ‘Eras Tour’ Paris!

Daniel Reyes travelled to Europe to see Taylor Swift for the third time. He said he spent P200,000 for this once-in-a lifetime experience.

“I think this was the best Taylor Swift Concert I’ve been to. I first saw her during her Red Tour in Manila back in 2014. Then went to Tokyo to watch her opening act of the Eras Tour leg in Asia with a VIP ticket,” Reyes told The Philippine STAR/LatestChika.com in an exclusive interview.

“Then I actually didn’t know that the Eras Tour in Paris was her opening act for her Europe leg also! But what made the Eras Tour in Paris even more special is that I was one of the people in the world to watch and hear her new Eras Tour set list live featuring TTPD,” he added.

Reyes became a Swiftie way back in grade school. Since then, he enjoyed listening to Swift’s music.

“I became a fan back in 2008. I used to always watch Myx Daily top ten. That’s how I got to know her and ever since I loved her music already,” he noted.

It was indeed a dream come true for Reyes to see his idol perform her newest album “The Tortured Poets Department.”

“I felt special and overwhelmed the moment I realized that Taylor really changed her set list for the Europe leg. It’s like being at the forefront of something special, witnessing the unveiling of a musical journey before anyone else,” Reyes shared.

“Favorite era would be Red. Favorite part of the Eras Tour Paris of course will be the TTPD part since it was the highlight,” he added.

Reyes has a message to fellow Swifties who did not have a chance to see her live.

“It doesn’t matter whether you were able to go to her concert or not. I think at the end of the day, what Taylor really wants is that the melodies, lyrics, and emotions of her songs still resonate to you whichever platform or manner you listen to it,” Daniel said.

“So, even though you couldn’t make it to the concert, just keep on inspiring others for the better, too, just as she inspires you. After all, this is not the end of her music journey. There will be another concert again soon for sure,” he stressed.
