Mijoo, former member of K-pop girl group Lovelyz, is confirmed to be in a relationship with professional soccer goalkeeper Song Bum Keun.
According to a Soompi report, Mijoo’s agency Antenna made the confirmation in a statement saying,“They are carefully getting to know each other with mutual affection. Please look upon them with warmth.”
Mijoo and Bum Keun earlier drew dating speculations after netizens noticed that the two have been posting matching photos, with the most recent taken at similar locations in Japan.
The couple’s recent Instagram stories also featured a video of a dolphin show in a dolphin-themed aquarium.
Following Lovelyz’ disbandment in 2021, Mijoo debuted as a solo artist in 2023 and has been appearing on variety shows.
Bum Keun, on the other hand, is part of South Korea’s national soccer team and currently plays for Japanese football club Shonan Bellmare in the J1 League.
