If Annabelle Rama were to choose, she wouldn’t want her son Richard Gutierrez and daughter-in-law Sarah Lahbat to go on their separate ways for the sake of her grandchildren.
The talent manager recently took a jab at those spreading “fake news” online amid rumors that Richard and Sarah have broken up.
“Tigilan nyo na ang gumawa ng maling kwento. Lahat ng lumabas sa sosyal media is all fake news. Wag nyo ng dagdagan ang mga maling balita malalaman nyo rin ang katotohanan in due time,” wrote Anabelle on her social media accounts.
Anabelle warned netizens of the allegations being thrown at her including those speculating she meddled in the couple’s marriage.
“Baka ma shock kayo at hindi na ako ang lalabas na kontrabida. Malalaman niyo kung sino ang walang hiya na kontrabida. Mali ang [bintang] nyo sa akin.
The talent manager then suggested Sarah’s mother have something to do with her daughter’s supposed rocky relationship with Richard.
“Sino ba ang may gustong mag hiwalay sila. Ako ba? Or ang mag ina.
“Wag nyong idiin sa akin ang nangyayari ngayon. Ako ang walang alam sa nangyari ang bilis. Nagulat nalang ako biglang dumating ang nanay at tatay galing ibang bansa. Doon na nag umpisa ang malaking gulo. Wag nyo ibagsak sa akin ang sisi,” Anabelle said,
Anabelle said she want to tell it all and reveal what went wrong in her son’s marriage with Sarah, but has to abide by her legal counsel’s advise.
“Kung hindi ako pinagbawalan ng lawyer na magsalita . Mag enjoy sana ang buong mundo sa sasabihin kung kwento. Gigil na gigil na akong isiwalat ang katotohanan sa pangyayari pero wala akong magawa. Abangan ang susunod na kabanata.”
She stressed, “Basta ako ayaw ko silang mag hiwalay. Dahil mahal ko ang mga apo ko,” referring to Richard and Sarah’s two sons.
Anabelle’s remarks came after speaking up on rumors of marital woes between Richard and Sarah.
The Gutierrez matriarch refrained from confirming or denying breakup speculations of Richard and Sarah, but revealed that her son has been staying with her for a month now.
“Hindi pa ko pwede magsalita eh, pero sasabihin ko sa ‘yo Si Richard, na sa bahay ko ngayon.
“One month na. Pero unti-unti siyang lumilipat ng gamit sa Alabang. Lilipat na siya after Christmas,” Annabelle revealed in an interview with ABS-CBN News on Thursday.
Richard’s mom also shared that his children with Sarah are currently with him.
Richard and Sarah sparked separation rumors when fans and netizens noticed the two’s absence on each other’s Instagram pages and would only share separate vacation photos of them with their kids.
The two who tied the knot in 2020, have yet to address the matters concerning their marital status.
