Ryan Bang proudly reveals relationship status: ‘May girlfriend na ako’

It’s Showtime host Ryan Bang is proud to reveal that he now has a girlfriend!

During the Tuesday episode of the noontime program, It’s Showtime on Aug. 29, the hosts were briefly chatting about OPM hitmaker Yeng Constantino’s hit songs after she performed an opening song number.

“Hawak Kamay…’di ba Ryan”, Kim Chiu started to gesture at Ryan Bang beside her which then prompted their co-hosts to start teasing him, while others seemed clueless at the context.

It can be recalled that Ryan had once courted Yeng in the past.

“Syempre gusto ko sabihin sa aking ‘It’s Showtime’ family, sa harap ni mommy [Vice Ganda], daddy [Ion Perez], at kayo kuya ko, ate ko, Tiyang [Amy Perez], may girlfriend na ko,” the Korean host aired which elicited cheers from his fellow hosts who incited a group hug around him.

Ryan, however, did not disclose the identity of his special someone.

Vice Ganda expressed his joy after his anak-anakan shared the news: “Ang saya-saya. Alam mo kahapon, ang sama-sama ng pakiramdam ko ta’s nag-text siya sa ’kin, ang saya-saya niya, sabi niya: ‘Mommy, ikaw una kong sasabihan.’ Ta’s tinawagan ko siya, umiiyak siya.”

“Siyempre, gusto ko ikaw unang makakaalam, Mommy. Sobra kong saya kasi ang tagal kong naging single ta’s ngayon … Thank you so much sa support niyo sa pag-ibig ko,” Ryan told Vice.

“Madlang pipol, si Ryan Bang may jowa na! Ang tanong! Ikaw kaya, when?” the comedian echoed the announcement, teasing the madlang people.

“Alam mo ipagdarasal natin, ‘yang pag-ibig na ‘yan maging pag-ibig habangbuhay hanggang sa kung anumang edad meron kayo, maging 150 years old man kayo, magkasama pa rin kayo,” Vice expressed his sentiments to Ryan.
