Actress Yassi Pressman has spoken up about being linked to Camarines Sur Governor Luigi Villafuerte, saying they are “getting to know each other” at the moment.
It can be recalled that the two sent netizens abuzz every time photos of them together surfaced online. The last time they were seen together was during an ATV ride where the governor had his hand on Yassi’s leg.
“Me and Luigi have known each other for a very long time. Parang 10 years na kaming magkakilala,” Yassi said in an exclusive interview in GMA’s news program 24 Oras last Thursday, Aug. 24.
“So now, we’re just spending more time together and getting to know each other more,” she added, leaving out any further hints about their rumored romantic relationship.
Yassi also addressed her recent breakup with ex-partner Jon Semira and reiterated once again that both of them prefer to keep details about their relationship private.
“Bilang tao, meron pa rin pong mga bagay na we wanted to keep private. Pero OK lang—me and the people involved, lahat kami maayos at nag-uusap pa rin kami hanggang ngayon,” she said.
Yassi is currently working on her upcoming action series Black Rider, alongside its lead actor Ruru Madrid. She also shared in the interview that she underwent training for shooting and motorcrossing which she regarded as worthwhile experiences.
