‘Prof’ Jak Roberto teaches ‘Anti-Silos’ class at Jose Rizal University

Kapuso actor Jak Roberto seemed to be getting the hang of being a love guru and brought his buzzworthy Anti-Silos class to the students of Jose Rizal University.

In case you’re unfamiliar, the “anti-silos” term and schtick started with netizens making jokes and memes about Jak being an unbothered boyfriend and supposedly “jealousy-free” towards his girlfriend Barbie Forteza’s onscreen pairing with David Licauco.

Netizens have even used the actor’s initials to create a made-up institution for those who want to “master their romantic relationships and love lives”, giving birth to “Jak Roberto University.

What started out as an internet joke seemed to have leveled up to become pieces of learning for the students of the real JRU or Jose Rizal University.

This happened during GMA’s first-ever Sparkle Caravan Campus Tour which was captured in a now-viral video posted on Sparkle’s Instagram page.

“Prof. Jak Roberto is in the house ?? Jak Roberto holds his first ever face-to-face anti-silos class together with the students of Jose Rizal University for #SparkleCaravanJRU!”, the caption read.

In the clip, a dashing Jak can be seen in a semi-formal outfit as he answered a student’s question, “Ano pong masasabi niyo sa mga nagseselos nang walang karapatan?”

Which was met by Jak’s on-point response, “Baka kailangan na ng label niyan.”

It earned loud cheers from the crowd of students which prompted the Anti-Silos master to do his popular sexy dance to Mariah Carey’s “My All”.

In a separate post, the talent agency also shared moments of Jak’s visit and interactions with JRU students, calling it “the collab we all need”.

Showbiz personalities have also hopped on the trend to be graced by Prof. Jak’s love lessons, including his co-star Yasmien Kurdi in the upcoming GMA series My Missing Husband.
